The Website is operated by Tilly and Ted Homeware Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales (company registration number 13405210) whose registered office address is at 28 Bucklow Gardens, Lymm, Cheshire, WA13 9RQ and warehouse operations are run out of Unit 23 Morses Lane, Brightlingsea, Colchester, CO7 0SQ.

Klaviyo is a marketing automation platform which helps us send you emails and advertisements. When you subscribe to our mailing list your information will be held by Klaviyo and is subject to their Privacy Policy which you can view here.

We engage in online social media advertising on social media sites such as Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest. The ads that you see will be based on information we hold about you, or your transactional history with us. Google 

We use Google for both paid Google Shopping Ads and Google Analytics. Your data is then used for helping us to better understand how you used this website so that we can improve it and better enhance your user experience. We also work with Google for marketing purposes. Using your data to ensure we are showing you more relevant advertising to suit your tastes. Epsilon Abacus

We work with Epsilon Abacus (registered as Epsilon International UK Ltd), a company that manages the Abacus Alliance on behalf of UK retailers and charities. The participating retailers are active in the clothing, collectables, food & wine, gardening, gadgets & entertainment, health & beauty, household goods, home interiors and travel categories. These retailers and charities share information about their customers and supporters and what they buy or donate. Epsilon Abacus processes this information as a processor on behalf of these companies to help them understand individuals’ behaviour and preferences. Epsilon combines information provided by participating retailers and charities with third party data. From this combined information, these companies can tailor their communications, sending individuals suitable offers and appeals that should be of interest to them. In the event of a sale, merger or transfer or sale of us or any group company we reserve the right to transfer information to a third party who will be obliged to adhere to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
