Delivery and Returns

We want your order to be with you as soon as possible, we aim to dispatch your order within 3-5 working days. Your order will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd class standard service. Larger orders will be dispatched with DPD or DHL. 

Delivery prices are calculated at checkout and are based on the size and weight of your order. We reserve the right to refuse to deliver any order at anytime.

RETURNS

We absolutely hope you are happy with your purchase from us but if for whatever reason you are not we are happy to offer an exchange or a full refund within 14 days of delivery. (excluding original delivery charge). We will arrange whichever you prefer as soon as possible. If you would like to return the item to us please ensure it is protected for its journey as we can't be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit and we may not be able to refund you. The cost for returning an item if your not happy will be the responsibility of the customer.

We do take great care when packaging your items but if your item is damaged in transit this must be reported within 3 days of delivery. Please email us at contactus@tillyandtedhome.co.uk  with a photograph showing the damage to your order.  We will then issue further instructions and ensure that your issue is resolved as soon as possible.
REFUNDS

In circumstances where you, the individual customer, wish to cancel the contract and return the product to Tilly and Ted Homeware, you have 14 days to inform us of returning an item, and a further 14 days to send it in. Subject to the product being in the same condition and packaging that it was delivered to you, a full refund will be provided. Any and all refunds that may be provided will be returned to the original payment method and may take up to 14 days to be received.

FAULTY ITEMS

If you receive a faulty, or damaged goods please email us a photograph and request either a refund or replacement within 14 days of receiving the item(s).

Furniture Delivery

Our Furniture Range is available for delivery with 2 - 4 weeks, please email us contactus@tillyandtedhome.co.uk for the exact delivery date. Most items are sent directly from our partner manufactures and you will receive confirmation of delivery dates and time the day after you have placed your order. Standard Furniture delivery charge is £45.

Please note: Ensure prior to ordering your furniture it will fit in your home, through the door, through narrow hallways or up the stairs where applicable. 
Items that cannot be delivered owing to size restrictions and access and are therefore returned to us may incur a restocking fee and the cost of the delivery withheld from any refund. 
We do not deliver furniture worldwide. 
We deliver to Mainland UK only.

Large items must be returned in all protective materials used in the original packaging. All goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse it is essential that you ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes.

  1. Return the item to you
  2. Offer a partial refund if we believe the item can be sold at a perfect imperfect sale price
  3. Provide a partial or full credit note. 

Items without their original packaging will NOT be accepted.

Return an item within our 14-day returns period, just email us within 14 days of delivery. Please note that when you are returning an item all shipping charges are deducted from your refund. Both the delivery charge and the return charge.
