Returns policy

At Tilly and Ted Homeware, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we offer a 30-day returns policy for added peace of mind.

Change of mind

If an item simply isn't suitable, you're welcome to return it within 30 days. In this case, the cost of returning the item is your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked and insured courier service, as we can't accept responsibility for returns lost in transit.

How to return an item

If you'd like to return an item, please email us at customerservicetillyandted@outlook.com with your order number and the item you wish to return.

Damaged or faulty items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the issue.

In these cases, Tilly and Ted will cover the return costs and arrange a refund or replacement.

Return condition

Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition. Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 working days.
